Sgt. Jim WONG arrived in Hanna in December 2006 from Gleichen. (Check back later for more on our newest boss.)

Cst. Chris ZANIDEAN arrived in Hanna May 2003. Chris grew up in rural Saskatchewan, but has spent the last three years living in Calgary before joining the RCMP. Chris enjoys all sports, particularly baseball and football.
Cst. Janice SCHOEPP was posted to the Hanna Detachment in October 2003. Cst. SCHOEPP grew up in northern Alberta near Grande Prairie. Prior to joining the RCMP, Janice taught for 15 years throughout Alberta, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories. Cst. SCHOEPP enjoys traveling, gardening and curling.
Cst. Pat GAY was posted to the Hanna Detachment in February 2005. Cst GAY is originally from just outside Halifax, Nova Scotia, but had been living in Calgary for eight years prior to coming to Hanna. Pat enjoys weightlifting and biking.
Cst. Alex GIROUX, was posted to Hanna RCMP in November 2005. He is enjoying his posting in Hanna and appreciates the friendly nature of the people in this area. Alex enjoys hiking and mountain biking.

Rena NELSON a public servant, is married with two grown children and lives on a farm north of Hanna. She enjoys working with the members and finds the job interesting and sometimes even entertaining.
Kathy SIEPPERT, a public servant, has been with the Hanna Detachment since May 1981. She works part-time at the detachment. Kathy was born and raised on a farm in the Hanna area; she currently lives on a farm north of Hanna, and is married with two girls. She enjoys sports, including curling in the winter and ball in the summer. Kathy enjoys working at the detachment.
