Using the information on this page, you'll be able to get a hold of a member 24 hours a day for emergencies, and if your business is not urgent, you''ll also be told how you can contact a member during regular business hours.

To get a hold of a member on the phone:

For an emergency, call 9-1-1 (24 hours a day).

For non-emergency matters, call (403)854-3391 (24 hours a day).

For any matter administrative in nature, call (403)854-3393 (Mon. to Fri. 8:00am to 4:30pm). 

Please, do not call the administrative number to report any emergency or non-emergency matter as this line will not always be monitored.  Also, please do not leave any voice mail messages for calls for service on the administrative line as it may be several hours, if not days, before the messages are retrieved.
