Take notice that the following Development Permit was issued in accordance with the Town of Hanna Land Use Bylaw #967-2012.

Proposed Development: NEW RESIDENTIAL: To construct a Duplex Dwelling (side-by-side) with a
request to relax the rear yard minimum distance
setback from 25ft. (7.6m) to 9.6ft. (2.89m) and the front yard minimum distance setback from 20ft. (6m) to 13ft. (3.96m).
And to orient the structure so the front yard faces Donald Drive instead of 3rd Street West.
Anyone appealing this decision must, within fourteen (14) days of the date on this notice, submit written notice of appeal to:
