Take notice that the following Development Permit was issued in accordance with the Town of Hanna Land Use Bylaw #967-2012.

Land-Use District: C-2 - Commercial Industrial District

Proposed Development: Commercial Contractors Shop/Storage Building: To construct a Shop/Storage building with a request to
relax the rear yard minimum distance setback from 20 ft. (6m) to 2 ft. (.60m) and the west side yard minimum distance setback
from 7 ft. (2m) to 4 ft. (1.2m). 

Anyone appealing this decision must, within fourteen (14) days of the date on this notice, submit written notice of appeal to:
Secretary, Development Appeal Board,
C/O Town of Hanna.

Note: A processing fee of $100.00 must accompany each appeal.
