Library Closed for Renovations!
June 3 - 30

The Hanna Library is going to be closed from June 3 - 30 to complete the renovations and expanded library space.

As a result of the closure it is recommended that patrons stock up on their reading material before the closure, so come in and browse our shelves. Any items taken after May 15th will not be due until July 4th.

Our local collection will be unavailable but patrons will still be able to order library materials through www.tracpac.ab.ca. For help with this or if you are unable to order online, please call the library at (403) 854-3865 or stop in before June 2.

Items can be returned in the blue bin outside the library as it will be checked regularly.

Delivery of interlibrary loan selections will continue. Patrons requesting out of town items will be phoned when they arrive and will be able to pick them up on Thursdays from 2 - 4 pm in the Freson Bros. mall. In addition the Library will have a table set up with a small selection of books available. The staff or volunteers manning the table will be available at that time to assist patrons with their online items if they are not familiar with doing it themselves.

The Summer Reading Program will be operating as usual and registration will be available on our website, www.hannalibrary.ca, starting June 1. Watch for library
representatives at various locations throughout June where sign up to the summer reading program will be
available. One of these events will be the Hanna Cruisers Car Club Show 'N' Go on June 17th.
