• A plan for a communications model.

• A strategy to coordinate the redevelopment of the Downtown core.
• Facilitation of the development of affordable housing.
• An Arts and Cultural policy for the community.
• Encouragement and facilitation of participation in recreation and amateur sports.
• A review and revision of the social policy of the Town of Hanna
• A review of the Town of Hanna financial policies.
