The Town is currently working on an 11.8 acre parcel of land, looking to develop 42 R-1 Residential lots. Proposals from interested developers are welcome and the Town is interested in working with developers to move this forward as soon as possible. | Council authorized the Chief Administrative Offer to contract with MPE Engineering to complete a Storm Water Management Plan for the Fox Lake Trail Subdivision; and further that the cost of $25,000 be included in the Municipal Sustainability Initiative grant application for the subdivison. |

Bylaw 939-2007 is a bylaw to authorize the Council to incur indebtedness by the issuance of a debenture in the amount of $1,500,000 to be repaid over 10 years for the purpose of constructing a residential subdivision.
Council passed a motion that Bylaw 939-2007, the 2007 Fox Lake Trail Subdivision financing Bylaw, be given first reading.
The Municipal Government Act requires that this bylaw be advertised for two weeks prior to second and third reading.

- Council moved to amend the the plan approved September 11, 2007 to subdivide a parcel of land for Phase 4 of the Fox Lake Trail Subdivision by changing the 42 lot subdivision to 29 lots including one 1.21 hectare parcel. |

- Council approved the proposed plan to subdivide a parcel of land for Phase 4 of the Fox Lake Trail Subdivision in the S.W. 1/4-16-31-16-W4M for a 42 lot residential subdivision as per the drawing provided by Palliser Regional Municipal Services.
-Council authorized the Chief Administrative Officer to submit an application to subdivide the following parcels of land from the S.W. 1/4-16-31-16-W4M:
- Block 1 - 21.4 acres for existing soccer fields and baseball diamonds
- Block 2 - 3.58 acres for future residential development
- Block 3 - 4.45 acres for future residential development and
- The proposed road allowances
as per the drawing provided by Palliser Regional Municipal Services.
