Child and Family Services offers many resources and services that will help meet the needs of children and families. Under the Ministry of Children's Services they provide info and support for Foster Care, Child Protection Services, Family Violence Protection and many other programs. You can contact Child and Family Services in Drumheller or by calling them at (403) 823-1767 (toll free through the RITE line 310-0000). You can also check their website for information.
 Hanna Family Day Homes provide a unique childcare choice. Distinctly different than babysitting or Day Care Centres, Family Day Homes provide approved childcare in a home setting with smaller ratios while parents still have access to government subsidies. Family Day Homes provide opportunities for small group social play and interactions.
