Seniors' Falls Prevention Month
Regular activity and exercise can increase your strength and balance. This helps to prevent a slip, trip or fall.


• Be active at least 30 minuets every day to improve your strength and balance and help prevent falls.
Choose activities that you enjoy - tai chi, Pickleball, exercise classes, dancing, swimming, gardening or walking.
Keep active to help you stay independent and do your daily tasks.
