The purpose of Bylaw 991-2017 is to consider a mapping amendment to Land Use Bylaw No.967-2012 to rezone the property legally described as Lot 1, Block 55, Plan 6454GS, and identified on the map below, from the CT (Commercial Transition) District to the R-2 (General Residential) District.
The purpose of Bylaw 992-2017 is to consider a mapping amendment to Land Use Bylaw No.967-2012 to rezone portions of the SW ¼ Sec. 15, Twp. 31, Rng.14, W4M, as identified on the map below, from the Urban Reserve (UR) District to the Residential Acreage (RA) District.
